How It Works

Receiving Money

Give your USD account details to a US employer or client → they send a regular ACH transfer → you receive USD in your Wise USD balance.

Give your EU IBAN to a European client → they send a SEPA transfer → you receive EUR in your Wise EUR balance.

Converting Between Currencies

  1. Go to your USD balance
  2. Tap “Convert”
  3. Choose target currency (e.g., EUR)
  4. Wise shows the mid-market rate and exact fee
  5. Confirm — EUR balance is credited instantly

Sending Money

Convert to the recipient’s currency and send — or send directly from any balance. The recipient gets the equivalent at mid-market rate.
